Most of our clothing items are "made-to-order", which means they are custom made when you order to fit your child. Because of that, Squish Berry Designs can only accept returns on garments if there is a flaw within the creation of the garment itself, straight out of the box (examples include holes, rips/tears, seam misplacement).

Please be aware that hand-sewn clothing may fit differently than big box store clothing.

It is very important , therefore, to pay attention to the sizing charts on each item. There is also a note box for you to place your child's measurements so that I can make sure you are choosing the correct size. If you do not note the child's measurements in the note box, I can only go by the size you select.

If you accidentally entered the wrong size, you must email me within 24 hours of your order to change it.

All return/refund requests will be answered on a case-to-case basis, however due to the nature of this business, you are not guaranteed to receive a refund.

In order to process a return or refund request, the item in question must be straight out of the package. The item must be unworn with tags still attached. Within two days of receiving your order, if there is a problem, you will need to send photos and a description of the problem to squishberrydesigns@yahoo.com . Your request will be reviewed and will be answered within 1 week.

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hrs. If you do not cancel within 24 hrs, the product will already be in production and therefore be unable to be cancelled.
